Policeman suspected of shooting acquaintance to death

TOKYO, Japan - Police officers examine an apartment house in Kokubunji, Tokyo, on Aug. 21 where Hidekazu Tomono, 40, of the Tachikawa Police Station of the Metropolitan Police Department, and his 32-year-old female acquaintance were found dead. Police suspect Tomono shot the woman to death with his handgun and committed suicide by shooting himself with the same gun.

Policeman suspected of shooting acquaintance to death
